Our Story
Founded by engineers with deep roots in industrial automation, S5 System was established to address a clear gap in the Australian market: the need for a truly independent, technically excellent automation partner that could bridge the worlds of traditional Operational Technology (OT) and modern digital systems.
Over the years, we have grown from a boutique consulting firm into a full-service automation engineering company, delivering complex projects for some of Australia’s largest resource, agricultural, and infrastructure operators. Our Expertise
Our team comprises engineers with 10 to 25 years of hands-on experience across the full spectrum of industrial automation disciplines. We hold expertise in PLC and DCS programming (Rockwell, Siemens, Schneider, Yokogawa), SCADA development (Ignition, Citect, Wonderware), functional safety (IEC 61508/61511), industrial networking, and IoT architecture.
Crucially, we are vendor-independent. We do not hold preferred-supplier agreements with any automation vendor, which means our technology recommendations are always based on what is genuinely best for your project and your budget.
