Technical Support
S5 System provides ongoing technical support services for all systems we have designed and commissioned, as well as third-party systems where we have the relevant expertise. Our support services range from ad hoc remote assistance through to structured annual support agreements with defined response times and scheduled preventive maintenance visits.
Our engineers are available for remote support via secure VPN connections, enabling rapid diagnosis and resolution of control system issues without the cost and delay of a site visit. Where on-site attendance is required, our Perth-based team can mobilise quickly to sites across Western Australia.
Operator & Maintainer Training
A well-designed control system is only as effective as the operators who use it. S5 System develops and delivers structured training programmes tailored to the specific systems and operational context of your facility. Training is available in classroom, on-site, and simulator-based formats, and can be delivered to both operators and maintenance technicians.
Training topics include SCADA operation and alarm management, PLC fault finding and diagnostics, network troubleshooting, and cybersecurity awareness for OT environments.
Lifecycle Management

User Guides & Documentation
All S5 System projects are delivered with comprehensive as-built documentation, including control narratives, cause and effect matrices, network diagrams, and operator manuals. We also provide ongoing documentation maintenance services to ensure your records remain current as systems evolve.
